IPA, American
We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700's, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American Style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character
Saison, Farmhouse Ale
Originally designed to be a hoppier version of our flagship Saison, the accidental (but fortuitous) addition of two extra bags of Munich malt balanced out the hop bitterness leaving us this very unique beer. Tropic King bursts with fruity tropical characteristics from the use of New Zealand hop varietals. This beer is a flavor extravaganza that has developed a loyal following. Notes of passion fruit, mango, pepper, and ginger. Pairs well with hula hooping.
Gluten-Free
Grandpa was a small town optometrist who called his granddaughter and Holidaily founder his “Favorite Blonde.” Inspired by the man who helped others see the value of a good time, our blonde ale has a subtle hop character and mellow malt flavor.
IPA, American
This is Mountain Standard, a tribute to our backyard and the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Hand-selected, modern American hop varieties build layers of complex hop flavors with juicy, tropical notes and bold, vibrant aromas. Join us as we help define the Mountain-Style IPA.
American, IPA
Bursting with tropical aromas and juicy fruit flavors from Mosaic and Amarillo hops, this golden IPA is perfectly bitter with a refreshing, sublime finish.
IPA, New England, Hazy
Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.
Red Ale, Irish
Appearance: Deep Copper with Ruby Highlights, Moderate Clarity with thin, off white foam Aroma: Sweet Caramel/Toffee. Light fruit, Cherry, Winelike undertones Taste: Caramel, Bread Crust, Fruit Cake Mouthfeel: Medium with clean finish Pairings: Meat pies, Toffee Cake, Nutty Cheeses
Stout
Sad Panda is something special. Aromas of vanilla and chocolate are prominent yet balanced with the malt sweetness and caramel aromas expected in stouts. Your first sip introduces the complex combination of flavors you might expect in your favorite coffee – the balanced sweetness of vanilla and dark chocolate flavors with a smooth coffee bitterness at the finish, this drinkable stout hits all of our sensory pleasure points.
Stout, Irish Dry
wirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm. Settle. Breathe in the moment, then break through the smooth, light head to the bittersweet reward. Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between. Pure beauty. Pure GUINNESS. Guinness Draught is sold in kegs, widget cans, and bottles. The ABV varies from 4.1 to 4.3%. Guinness Extra Cold is the exact same beer only served through a super cooler at 3.5 °C
Wheat, American Pale Wheat
Bell's Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell's signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.
Mead
This MEAD is nicknamed "Summer in a Bottle"! The tartness and pucker of the lemon is tamed a bit by the sweetness of our very own Honey. Lemon & Honey are a perfect compliment to each other. We sometimes enjoy this over crushed ice on a hot summer day. Enjoy!
Fruited Gose, Sour
While Sour Ales may not get the love and acclaim as Barrel-Aged beers do, they should be recognized as a beer style that takes creativity and patience, not to mention access to interesting ingredients.
Sour
A delicicate barrel-aged sour with brett character and notes of rosemary, lemon and melon rind.
Amber, Ale
Fat Tire Amber is the easy-drinking Amber Ale born in Colorado from New Belgium Brewing Company, a certified B-Corp. After nearly three decades of striving to reduce our impact, we are proud to produce America's first certified carbon neutral beer. Malts: Pale, C-80, Munich, Victory Hops: Willamette, Goldings, Nugget Yeast: House Ale Yeast
Cream Ale
Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year.
